Move Primal

Your body is the vehicle that you use in your everyday life. Many of us take that for granted. We commute long hours, spend our days completing largely sedentary tasks that kill our creativity and make us tight, uninspired and injury prone. 

Those of us that do escape the perils of sedentary life and find our path to exercise; going to the gym, to the park for a mid afternoon stroll, or succumbing to the pressures of an over-zealous aerobics teacher, often do so without any real direction or goals in mind.

 

We know that we want to workout, because it's "healthy", we want to lose weight, we want to "tone up" and generally just lead a more active lifestyle. However,  do we really know what we are doing? Are we programming? Scheduling? Periodizing? Performing assessments and form checks? monitoring Heart Zones? Are we really getting the MAXIMUM benefits from our precious time spent on our physical endeavors? Often, the answer is no. 

With close to a decade of coaching, in a wide variety of sports and movement practices, I have learned to sift through the gimmicks and maximize the best possible return on investment for your exercise practices. Combining this vast experience spent working with sports teams, MMA athletes, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athletes, Gymnasts, Rock Climbers, and a BSc degree in Sports Therapy, I have obtained a very dynamic approach, a complete understanding of the human anatomy and how to get the most out of your daily vehicle.
